With finite knowledge and ravenousness  I studied culinary arts at IHM Kolkata and started my journey with the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts working under one of the finest Chef Kezang Rai; he learnt about the untouched spectrum of gastronomy. He eventually, found his calling towards Japanese cuisine, and ventures forward to excel in the same .
